First of all, congratulate yourself. You might think you just typed in a web address or found us on a link, but what you really have done is 1. Identified that there is something about your life you would like to improve upon and 2. You have acted on the intent to do something about it. So you should allow yourself to feel good about having taken the first steps in getting help.

 

Honest

Our approach is honest and genuine. We want you to be the best version of you. However, we do not believe in a one size fits all approach in our therapy. If for whatever reason we aren’t the right fit, we will make every effort to help you find the resources and support you need.

Mindful

We believe in mindfulness and acceptance in our therapy. We listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions. We can help you to develop skills and strategies that enable you to lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
